Located in 1.5 acres of elevated grounds 'Knockendarroch Hotel is 5 minutes' walk from Pitlochry town center. The elegant rooms offer wonderful views of Tummel Valley Ben Vrackie or the pretty gardens. Set in a magnificent stone-built Victorian building the rooms have been individually decorated in a simple elegant style. All rooms have an private bathroom and a TV. The period property features original features and traditional charm. The dinner menu changes daily and includes vegetarian options. The lounge has cozy log fires and offers a selection of malt whiskeys and gins and wines. Special diets can be catered for and packed lunches and early breakfasts are not available on request. The Knockendarroch Hotel is less than a mile from the Festival Theater Pitlochry Railway Station and the Tummel River. The Scottish Highlands are well known for cycling walking fishing and hunting and Edinburgh city center is a 1 hour and 25-minute drive away.

Can't fault it.

Liked: We had a great stay, the hotel and bedroom have stunning views and the bed was very comfortable as was the lounge area.Breakfast was lovely (don't miss the granola it's so good).Staff all very friendly and welcoming.

Liked: The staff were welcoming, and the building itself was very comfortable. Two big open fires made the lounge area so cosy. The dinner menu was excellent and good value

Lovely property and great value

Liked: Property was lovely and restaurant was excellent! Nice comfy beds, fluffy towels. Didn’t realize that dinner was included as well as breakfast…nice additional surprise!
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great.
