Disappointing
Liked: Location was a bit out of the way, not in Moose Jaw but rather on the outskirt. The hotel was very quiet, I think I was the only guest. The owner seemed friendly. The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The place could definitely use a face lift. I wasn't there very much as I was working all day but it seems the building is outdated, the water was a strange colour when I first turned it on so Im not sure how much usage it's getting. The bedroom could use some blackout blinds as the sun comes right in the window. Wifi was not great and the breakfast was pretty bare bones for the price.

Won't stay again.
Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: Old dirty motel. Wasn't a comfortable feeling from the moment we opened the front door

Good value for the money.
Liked: I love the pool facilities and the fact that the rooms access it directly is excellent.
Disliked: The beds are very uncomfortable. They definitely need to be upgraded.

Liked: Location and cost
Disliked: More open area so storm blew in large snowbanks that were not cleared by 8:30am and I got stuck

We stayed here while in...
Liked: Great value if you're not a snob; I had no "bed bugs" or cockroaches in my room; we did see a dead cricket in the pool area, so maybe that's why people are saying the hotels are full of bed bugs and roaches. Surprisingly, my kids, the wife, and I loved the beds, and we all had a fantastic sleep.
Disliked: It needs a facelift, for sure. I felt bad for the front desk employee, and you could tell he was overworked, as he was the guy who checked me in and checked me out in the morning, Hotel is dated and almost prison like with the concrete walls, the pool room could use a face lift but I felt we got great bang for our buck staying here, while the other families who choose "the most expensive hotel" in town complained about everything.
