Disappointed

Liked: It was a short taxi ride to Wembley.
Disliked: The room was in the attic, the windows were closed & it was very hot on arrival. They should have aired the room in this heat, especially as there was no air con to turn on! Just one small fan :(I went to take a shower & there were no towels. I had to go back down to reception to ask for them.Once in the shower, I had only just got the shower gel on when the shower became too hot to stand in & could not adjust the temperature at all. Had to jump out before it burned me! So I then had to use the sink to wash off the shower gel. No chance of washing my hair before going out. So disappointed.Please fix the shower in room 110

Perfect location to go to...

Liked: spacious room - clean and tidy - had everything we needed for our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: no air con - we were given a fan so that helped.

Liked: plenty of tea and coffee comfy bed dark room
Disliked: was really hot and only had one fan which didn?t do much

Adequate for one night event...

Liked: Good comfortable bed ,coffee and tea with a kettle. Fan supplied with room which was appreciated during heat wave. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Some signs of black mould around windows and curtains. Only one pillow each . Fridge wasn`t cold.
