I could say it was a bit pricy, but considering that this is Manhattan it should go without saying that any decent hotel will be expensive, so I will not count that as a negative point. Among the positive points: it is in a great location, the room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was friendly (so much so that the bellman practically grabbed the luggage cart out of my hands when he saw me starting to push it, because he wanted to help me with it...of course, I'm sure the fact that me doing it myself meant that he wouldn't get a tip had nothing to do with it - ha, ha!). I can't think of anything negative to say, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked: Nice clean rooms; great location; friendly staff.
Disliked: None.

I loved this hotel and the perfect location - it was to everything that we wanted to do in New York City for the weekend. Staff were very attentive and Larry was wonderful at making suggestions for restaurants nd tours. Would come back again in a heart beat.

Liked: Location; staff; room accommodations and cleanliness.
Disliked: First night the shower just took quite a bit of time to heat up.

Not a good value for...

Liked: Free drinks at happy hour and free coffee in the morning.
Disliked: It shows on booking as a 5 stars hotel, which is not accurate. Rooms are noisy and humid. No replenishment of basic amenities unless you ask for it (toilet paper, soap etc.).

Liked: Good location, cozy room and nice staff.
Disliked: The gym facilities. It was way too small and one morning there were 6 people trying to workout and it was way too crowded.

Lovely hotel in a central...

Liked: Room was modern and spacous with a good city view. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was very central, close to subway, attractions and restaurants. Good hairdyer.
Disliked: Bathroom "barn door" style did not provide enough privacy. Fine, but a bit weird.
