Liked: Staff at the hotel were lovely decor needs attention in and out most of linen on bed was marked and furnished attachments I e towel rail missing shower loose on wall cupboard wobbly as I said decorating needed in and out to update and certain maintenance issues needed

Liked: Location and had parking room size was good
Disliked: Paid for double bed and single bed and got 3 single beds wasn’t ideal for husband and wife blinds were very worn so light was coming in as no curtains up

Disliked: There was no shower mat /bathroom mat No bedroom rug Noisy outside , people were just outside our window , the guy who handed our keys wasn't friendly

Liked: Very poor experience. No receptionist when we arrived — waited a long time with no help, and no one answered our calls. We booked as a couple but were given two single beds. Towels and bed sheets were dirty. Unprofessional and unhygienic. I do not recommend this hotel.
Disliked: We booked this hotel after seeing attractive pictures and a nice window view online. But when we arrived, the reality was completely different. The room, view, and overall location did not match the photos at all. This was very disappointing and felt misleadin.

Liked: The location, it was about 15 mins from the centre
Disliked: The room had unmade beds, dirty towels, toilet had dirty toilet paper down, hairs were all over the room, even blood on the bed. When asked the receptionist about this they came up to check and said ‘this is perfectly fine’
