Nightmare night

Liked: Nothing apart from the location
Disliked: It was dirty and with cockroaches Rust and dirt everywhere No shampoo,shower gel and hand towel Dirty cupboards with cockroaches traces everywhere I was scared to fall asleep

Great value for money hotel!...

Liked: in great central location, near be beaches etc(walking distance) hotel was quiet. Great value for money as room was very cheap. kettle, tea and coffee provided which is always good!
Disliked: room could do with a freshen up, blinds twisted and bent letting through lots of sunlight, shower temp hard to balance either boiling hot or stone cold!

Overall stay was worth it.

Disliked: We ask them for pillows but they refused. Pillows was in very bad condition.

Disliked: Some pillows had a very bad smell. They only left us one roll of toilet paper, and there were five of us. They didn't leave us soap in the room. The beds were fine. The shower door was a disaster.

Disliked: No soap room filthy people smoking weed below our window. Bed was uncomfortable needed throwing out. Sheets stained dust was so thick got charged twice on credit card. Battling to get a refund

Disliked: The shower head popped off and shot water everywhere soaking all of our things we had in the bathroom.The shower door literally fell off, so not pleased that it could have hurt someone if they weren’t paying attention.The carpets weren’t hoovered. There was left over debris in all the drawers like dirt and oatmeal??The beds were… fine, but considering it’s meant to be a family room, not very big and definitely not worth the price. Doesn’t help the windows were filthy aswell
