Liked: On site parking available...Male Staff very friendly on arrival.
Disliked: No Kitchen or Dining Room .Filthy Microwave in the hallway doesn't work properly.No lock in the bathroom door.No soap or shampoo.

Worst hotel I've ever been...

Liked: Nothing, left without staying and hotel would not give a refund nor offered alternative rooms. Do NOT stay at this hotel.
Disliked: Everything, mattresses were very aged. So called fire doors were not and were not lockable. Rooms smelt and facilties did not work including tvs. 2 x triple rooms booked and paid for. DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU SEE THE ROOMS!!

Liked: Shower was always hot. Comfortable bed & spacious rooms. Staff are polite, friendly & very helpful.

Disliked: Fire alarm went off twice in the week and I was rudely awaken with someone in my room checking a detector this was really late at night and I could not get back to sleep afterwards no apology or goodwill gesture customer service was just nor there
