They charged me $250 for...
Disliked: I got my period unexpectedly on the way to SF. My flight landed past 11 pm, and when I arrived at Kasa, it was past midnight. No shops were open that late, so I could not have purchased a bed liner or anything to prevent leaks. Despite an abundance of caution (and wearing sanitary napkins at all times), some blood still leaked in the process of going to bed and sleeping. This resulted in a few stains, but their *total* area was small (I think no bigger than the palm of my hand).I found no replacement linens in the room or any fitted sheet, mattress pad, etc. as a part of the bedding, so I couldn't take the bedsheet off to wash the blood off, as the sheets would not have dried when I needed to sleep in them again (and the first few days I had my period, I was in constant pain).Shortly after I checked out, they sent me an email (at 12:41 pm; I think the check-out deadline was 11 am) with a picture of the sheets to say that they were taking my $250 deposit for the blood stains and banning me from staying at the property in the future. I replied to them and explained the situation, saying that it was an accident that I had no control over, and if they had tried to wash off the stains but failed (which would be unlikely to have taken place by 12:41 pm), they could deduct the costs for new sheets, but new sheets could not possibly cost $250.They replied about 24 minutes later saying "the damage charge we have issued is final. This decision has been reviewed at the highest level, and will not be reconsidered." And that as per their policy, "We reserve the right to... charge your payment method the full amount that we, in our sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred..as a result of the damage. We will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the costs of repairing the damage."I do not normally write reviews, but I am writing this one because women everywhere should know.

Comfort for a great price
Disliked: The safe in our room wasn't on at all. Reached out to customer service and was told the safes were barely being installed and not operating yet. Also there's no staff on site to help with any issues.

Liked: Clean room, nice beds & pillows, has all you need, nespresso machine was nice,
Disliked: ICE MACHINE WAS BROKE and we need ice for knee while at standford for dr.
