Passable

Liked: Location was good & breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our room was very small and the fan/ac/heat was old & did nit work. The maintenance man tried, but could not get it to work, so he brought a ys a box fan. Bed was uncomfortable too.

Pleasant

Liked: Location for my Mayo was perfect, noon checkout was helpful, facilities very clean. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: I'm certain I booked a king bed, but when we arrived at 10:30 pm we were given two double beds that were past their prime. Difficult for us.

Liked: Close proximity to medical facilities. The valet parking was a huge plus. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, courteous....
Disliked: The expensive restaurants within the hotel.

Disliked: We were put in a weird end room that felt like a closet with an ancient bathroom. I saw a friends room which looked nice so I don’t know how we got a room with a bathroom that looked like it 60’s
