Absolutely brilliant

Liked: We use leonardos probably 2 or 3 times a year when we come to the theatre we arrived before check in time and as usual as our room was ready they checked us in early .excellent service from the pleasant staff very friendly and welcoming spotless room great location for theatre town centre and bus station

Liked: The location of the hotel
Disliked: They wasn't a travel cot in the room when I arrived and I even asked the reception for clean bedding and towels. People was shutting doors loudly at midnight which I was trying to sleep
