Useful transit hotel

Liked: Convenient for transit stop with good shuttle service to and from airport . They allowed early check-in. Breakfast was fantastic!
Disliked: Charged extra for credit card payment which wasn’t clear beforehand. Food in restaurant at dinner was only average.

Whatever happened to providing tea...

Liked: The staff on reception and in the restaurant were great. Very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The lack of facilities in the room. There is a jug and milk but no tea or coffee. Something that is cheap and helpful to provide. The rail holding the shower head was not attached to the wall and pulled off when my husband went to move the shower head. There's no hairdryer. We decided to have a meal at the Flying Fish restaurant. The staff were great but the food was absolutely terrible. Chicken sandwich was $27 for Tiptop white bread with processed cheese slices and processed chicken, grilled but still cold! It was horrible!! I've had better in hospital! The burger was better so we shared that. Pretty disapointing though.

Liked: Overpriced room you could not swing a cat in, the buffet dinner was expensive and bloody awful. Last time we will stay at jetpark.
