Absolutely fantastic hotel great facilities...

Liked: The Jesmond hotel is absolutely excellent it,s location is excellent it only takes 15 minutes to walk to covent garden and is central for trains and tube. We had a large family room which was light bright and very comfortable with ensuite , it was very clean and tidy and it was freshened up every day.The staff were amazing, the manager was a lovely friendly gentleman who went above and beyond when we arrived early we were checked straight in, the rest of the staff were also friendly and very helpful.The breakfast was amazing so much choice from fruit, cereal, full English ,yoghurts ,tea coffee and juice it was well cooked and plentiful too and they would cook pretty much anything you wanted.We would highly recommend this hotel we were treated like Kings and Queens we would definately go back again thank you all so so much

Good location for a short...

Liked: Location is good, staff nice, breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. Basic but all essential requirements for a one night stay.
Disliked: Fan in room 3 is filthy and needs a clean. Although it was hot I didn't use it because of the dirt/dust.Very tired in parts eg carpets and could use some upgrading.

Liked: Location in Bloomsbury, and proximity to railway stations (the deciding factor in choosing this hotel to stay in). Very friendly receptionist who greeted us on our arrival.
Disliked: Although the sheets and towels were clean, the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival - there was a used plaster and an empty bottle of water on the floor.The bathroom is tiny, and the shower didn't drain quickly enough.

Liked: Very pleasant and helpful staff and the location is convenient - not too busy road, but close to the university, metro and business streets.
Disliked: Only notable minus is thin walls that aren't really soundproof. Luckily, the other visitors seemed to be a calm type.
