A Pleasant Stay

Liked: The location is ideal for a London break! Walkable distance to nearby shops, theatres and tube stations. The facilities were clean and simple. The staff were friendly and attentive, and provided a great breakfast every morning - a cooked English breakfast as well as continental options. Despite a street-facing room on the first floor, the outside noise didn't travel to my room too often. A comfy double bed made it a pleasant stay.
Disliked: Not the greatest shower pressure but it sufficed! Also sound did travel between neighbouring rooms, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers.

Ideal for overnight / short...

Liked: Helpful staff, location and breakfast.
Disliked: Minor bathroom issues: broken extractor fan and loose shower control.

Very good

Liked: Very friendly and cheerfull staf. I asked If I could have room with private bathroom. So they was ready to upgrade my room next day without any additional payment. That was very nice of them.Nice breakfast and location was faboulous. And garden was very lovely. Lucky it was beautifull and sunny weather during my stay so I didn't spend much time in my room.

All in all, we did...

Liked: The staff, very inviting and friendly. The breakfast was cooked to order, nice and fresh, albeit basic.
Disliked: The single beds were very small. The toilet door didn’t close/ lock and couldn’t open properly as there was a chair against it. The shower was difficult to control and temperature kept changing whilst in, turning extremely hot when in. There was tape on roof to cover a large crack. Quite a tired and basic property.

Overall experience was nice and...

Liked: The location and the facilities were just right for someone who came to city for just leisure. Breakfast was also very nice, staff was very kind and attending. The room was also very clean.
Disliked: The room was very close and the shower head didn’t work very well. The pressure was medium or very low, changing very much. Also, at night and mornings it was cold, heating system was not working.
