Disliked: Wait for the breakfast in the morning

Disliked: Room not as expected with room very small and 4 beds crammed in . Tariff on display suggested we paid for a family room with en suite when actually we had 3 beds and a put you up bed with no en suite on the top floor . Ok but just that for the money charged .

Good and quiet hotel

Liked: Great location and delicious breakfasts. The rooms are standard for this type of hotel, but comfortable for the money and quiet.There is a kettle, tea/coffee in the room.
Disliked: I want to warn other travelers that the smoke detector in the room also reacts to steam from the shower room. I have problems with blood pressure, so I often take a shower with the door open for oxygen access. Therefore, the detector went off and employees tried to enter my room. It was very stressful as I was naked after showering and alone in the room.

Jesmond Hotel

Liked: -It is really good location with walking distance to several tube stops. -Our chargers didn’t fit in their plugs, so we asked the reception for convertors and they lent us for the whole period of our stay. -The full English breakfast they serve was fine.
Disliked: -There were some stains on the duvets, which I was constantly having the feeling its not clean enough! -There was one cushion on each bed, pretty worn out and seemed dirty (i guess they were not actually dirty- but omg they were disgusting)-The breakfast was the worst!! Small dining area which sometimes you have to wait for others to finish their breakfast! **It was not at all self-service breakfast!!! Don’t have any high expectations For instance they was not breads on the table so you should ask the waitresses and each time they bring just one toast cut in half for each person! We usually asked twice and then we were not comfortable asking for more. Two bottles of Nutella was on the table with one of them totally empty and they didn’t bother themselves charging it!!! No pastry! (I attached pictures of breakfast for reference)Definitely it was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had in any accommodation booked in booking!
