They need customer service training...

Liked: Primarily my1st night was good. The last couple of nights a guest wirh screaming parents and crying kids were there and it was chaos. They have a texting system in which i cried out about as my daughter and 2 other kids were with me. Even after explaining that my daughter had just had corrective scoliosis surgery and it would be a horror to pack again still nothing was done. We stayed in room 404. You could hear everything. They asked that I change my room and only refunded me $100 . Very unacceptable. I would not recommend here at all. I was treated unfairly.
Disliked: I had to ask for towels each day, no soap no conditioner, shampoo were filled in the showers. When you called the front desk you waited for a representative only to receive horrible attitudes and indecent customer service.

Beautiful facility.

Liked: Did not eat at the hotel. Room was beautiful although the plugs in the bedside lamp did NOT work.
Disliked: Bad plugs in the bedside lamp.
