Will not stay there again.

Liked: Nice view. Close to the beach
Disliked: Check in was delayed for 3 hours so the day was lost as we couldn’t do anything with the family. The room had a light under the sink that was jot installed properly so it would buzz and blink at night unable to let is sleep.

The entertainment was great

Disliked: Rooms should be carpet cleaned.

Liked: Isla Grand was exactly what I needed after my Mother's passing last week! I struggled with whether or not I should keep my reservation, but my family made me realize my Mother would not have wanted me to be sad on my birthday, and that's what my getaway was for!
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: Nothing, place has changed not in a good way! Been coming for years before Covid decided to try again, landscape wasn’t as nice as before, very slow house keeping, and now they allow smoking at the pool and balconies! Which wasn’t before cause we are non smokers! Would definitely not recommend and return!!
