Liked: Great location, great amenities. Staff attitude is nice and room quality is very good
Disliked: You need to ask for room cleaning which was not communicated (minor feedback)Breakfast only included for 2 adults and free for under 4 yo. Children bfast at $23/day. It’s not the hotel fault but more from booking.com since I clearly choose 4 persons staying with their age

Liked: location was great. breakfast was great.
Disliked: the double charge from the bank account and the bond. I paid a night in advance, then upon arrival they took a further 2 nights plus $100.00 a night bond. so before even opening the door to the room I had paid over $1200 for a three night stay. upon leaving they charged a further $577.00 to my account stating the difference would be refunded to my account and the original $843.00 I paid on my arrival was only an ‘imprint’ . so I am home now and both the $843.00 and the $577.00 amounts are still showing as being taken from my account. which equals $1420 plus the original $290.00for the first night I paid to book the stay. so today I have paid $1710.00 for 3 nights stay that was quoted at 290.00 per night. plus 4 coffees @$6 each I find this ridiculous!!!!! and a TOTAL SCAM
