Great location in a heart...

Liked: Amazing location, right in the middle of the CBD.
Disliked: The gym was very small and there is no swimming pool.

This InterContinental cannot be defined...

Liked: The location is good, sits right in the city and is convenient to the surrounding shopping mall and restaurants.
Disliked: I don't think this InterContinental could be defined as a luxury hotel in the IHG Group. No one helped me to bring my luggage at the day I checked in. Besides, I stayed there for three days and I requested for two dental kits for my partner and me on the first day, in the following days, I did not receive any new kits. In all the luxury brands at IHG before, they always gave me a new one besides the old one. Moreover, I did not place my towel on the shelf, the cleaning team did not replace it at all.

Disliked: No toilet brush

Ordinary hotel with poor food...

Liked: It was a good location for shopping in the city
Disliked: This was not good value for the price I paid. I expected a 5-star hotel and it is definitely not up to that standard. Room service food choices are limited to the Spanish tapas menu at the restaurant. Would not stay again.
