Liked: Customer service; room cleanliness; beds were like sleeping on a cloud.

Disappointing overall

Liked: Nothing stands out really. Breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: The bed was too soft and not comfortable. The AC controller was shining such a bright light that it was really annoying at night. The food at the hotel restaurant was average. The parking cost was too high in my opinion.

Liked: Should not have charged for the parking. It would be nice to have free parking when you are paying premium price to stay in the hotel.

Liked: Good restaurant (Blue Matisse) breakfast buffet substantial as we had remembered it from our previous stays. Clean spacious room with access to the garden and pool area.

Liked: The room was dated, but comfortable. They switched us from an accessible room to a regular when we arrived without asking if we needed an accessible room, which we could’ve used as we both have movement issues. The restaurant was expensive but ok. The room service breakfast was definitely not worth the price. We splurged and should’ve just gone to the free breakfast we had paid for with the room.
