Liked: Excellent breakfast, and great hosts

We enjoyed our stay though...

Liked: It was comfortable , well positioned & had good parking.
Disliked: The breakfast was expensive , and no Buffet, all had to be pre ordered . Also our room was small , the tv didn’t work & though we reported it immediately, the Ariel wasn’t fixed ….

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were amazing . I have anxiety and can't sit in the dining room although they dont oom service they bought all out meals up . Excellent service food fantastic .
Disliked: Nothing !

Poor for a b/b

Liked: No variety except cook breakfast. No cereal or fruit or decaf tea. Poor on terms of bed breakfast.No HD tv or even sound on torrential tv. Complaints by many customers
Disliked: Not Letting customers know how to get in after hours when the key fob doesn’t work. We even had to let a member of staff to get in.

A pleasant stay

Liked: Staff were very helpful. Situated perfectly for my needs.
Disliked: The rooms felt tired.Breakfast wasn't great. I would prefer to order the hot drinks and have it made fresh, rather than serving it yourself from the side.

Very good

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room, good shower. Nice to be able to have a drink in the bar. Parking so useful for a stay in Brighton where parking is at a premium.Staff were lovely, service in the restaurant very good.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
