Have never encountered ruder staff...

Liked: the location was fantastic
Disliked: we were there for 4 days & we were only greeted 1x by the front desk staff wish there was some place to hang out & have a drink

Liked: Location and breakfast great. There is quite a bit of street noise if you have a street facing room

Excellent location!

Liked: The location was excellent to walk around Old Town. The rooms & bathrooms were clean and plenty of space. Parking is available at a reasonable per day rate considering the area. Coffee & tea provided in the lobby.
Disliked: Breakfast is provided, which was nice, but it’s the same thing every morning.

Nice staff, clean, small room.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and nice, the place was clean.
Disliked: Rooms were super small, breakfast was extremely bad, coffee terrible, eggs had hair in it. The overall quality of food was poor. A hotel like that and for the price, food should be so much better.
