Liked: We like the fact that the hotel is close to the airport.
Disliked: With reservation confirmed on booking and by the hotel, when we arrived at the hotel they saud that we are not in the system and that there is no room for us as the hotel is fully occupied. That day, they had people coming from 2 canceled flights, and they just gave our room away without calling us.Aftee the manager came, they managed to find a room for us, but the room was used. It was clear that someone else was staying there and the room was not cleaned and the bedsheets were not changed. Just gross. We needed a room as it was late and we were tired, otherwise we would have just refused the room. Very bad experience overall.
