Convenient, comfortable and quite pleasant....

Liked: Location was great - easy to catch Shuttle from airport, and not far to walk to Mascot train station. Several eateries nearby also.
Disliked: I would have liked more milk in the fridge.

Liked: Excellent breakfast and restaurant.
Disliked: The room is a bit small. Inadequate staff due to problems with a person staying there, visibly drunk, who bothered us. A guard on duty would be needed.

Liked: The staff were friendly and accommodating and also helped me with luggage storage. The night manager promptly addressed a complaint I had with noise from another guest.
Disliked: The state of the rooms are terrible. Carpet is stained and dirty, I would not recommend walking in bare feet. Room window would not lock or close. Air conditioner noisy, even when off so it was actually less distracting to keep it on. Noise dampening is non-existent. Guests upstairs with a screaming child ensured I had zero sleep. This caused significant impact to my business trip and I will not stay here again or recommend it for people who need actual rest.
