Over priced

Liked: Trying to find staff was difficult as were serving in bar and front desk
Disliked: It was to far from airport which I had booked and then got a message about upgrading and didn’t release that it was a different property which was over a mile from airport and was difficult to navigate with suitcase as disabled

Liked: Excellent helpful staff. For a lone traveller it can be a worry. Made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Disliked: No signing from the airport. Signing to the train station OK.
