Disliked: Window in room did not open, the handle was loose.Window did not close properly so lots of road noise heard from area.Carpets in corridor areas could do with clean.Pillows could do with being replaced

Liked: Good stay. Comfortable bed , good shower and thank you to all the staff who were excellent. Good value for money and would recommend booking to stay here .
Disliked: There is tea n coffee facilities in the room which is great. Perhaps water also would be good.

Disliked: Hotel is very outdated and in comparison to other ibis hotels. Needs updating.

Disliked: Didn't like being woken up at 5 am by a delivery van / lorry with the reversing alarm blaring out. Not the fault of the hotel though
