Pros and cons, but overall...

Liked: The size of the room was great, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Had a very good night's sleep. The location is also very convenient being so close to the town centre.
Disliked: Our hot water didn't seem to be working. I kept cutting out so both my husband and I had a mostly cold shower which was unpleasant. There could have been some glasses provided in the room too instead of just the two teacups.

Cheap, fair and decent value...

Liked: Good location, easy to get to with train station, parking and bars/food places close by. Great value for money! Staff were friendly and helpful at the reception desk
Disliked: Potentially some sewage/plumbing problems as 3rd floor had very unpleasant smell, think room hadn’t been completely cleaned as there were empty bottles on the side and pillows out of the plastic bags on the bed. asked to move floors because of the smell which the staff kindly did.

Liked: Stayed here before good value for the price breakfast good not paying for car park excellent always a bonus
Disliked: Receptionist on arrival could have been more pleasant ought to have been a bit more responsive not very welcoming on this occasion reception and bar area not managed enough tried getting a drink on 2 occasions finished up leaving the hotel and going else where not very useful disappointed this 2nd stay

Disliked: First room given (324) absolutely stank - quickly moved to a less smelly room (315).Horrible dangerous road to walk over to get into town, ended up booking an Uber every time to needed to cross
