Liked: Great location, the room was very comfortable. The restaurant was good, with a limited menu. The Starbucks coffee bar was great to have. The shuttle to and from the convention center was great.

Very good time in Schaumburg.

Liked: King size room very comfortable, spacious, bathroom looking new one, bed, as well.Breakfast server very nice and friendly
Disliked: Breakfast is very basic and simple, bread very hard to eat, only the small turnovers was acceptable.

Beware.

Liked: This place will charge you for the "free breakfast" included. They will also withhold funds after claiming that it has been released, and they then choose to stop responding. The room was dirty, the staff was rude and the entire place was loud as people ran up and down the halls yelling till 2am. Will not recommend or stay here ever again. I have never in my life recieved such terrible service.
