Disappointed

Liked: The location and facilities!!!
Disliked: The fact that the rubbish bins and cigarette bins were overflowing at the front of the hotel is not a good look?? Additionally the staff in the bar were terrible, the barman was shouting across the bar extremely loud and unprofessional. The waitresses standing around talking in a corner? Complete lack of management??Check out was also disappointing? Again staff were rude and almost arrogant!!Just a poor experience? The hotel has good facilities but is let down by their poor staff?

Liked: You’re paying for the location, for the most part. The room looks nice.
Disliked: The parking garage sucks as it’s shared with the Salt Palace. You have to pay $25/day to park there. The bed was way too firm and the pillows were cheap. We were only given 3 bath towels for 4 guests.
