Disliked: I brought 2 of my best friends and my daughter for the night because we went to the Komen walk the next day. When we walked in the room was freezing and was cold the entire night. There was no coffee, and the comforters were VERY thin. We had to call room service several times, they were very prompt but the price was not good;( Also, the room was very small, not to mention the outrageous parking charge of $24.00. I just wasn't expecting this I guess for a high end hotel. I was very disappointed.

The room was very nice and the hotel itself was one of the best I've ever been in. Everyone was friendly and one man even called a cab for me and my friend. Next time I'm in town I will be staying at the Hyatt.
Liked: The people at the front desk were very professional and polite.
Disliked: No microwave.

Liked: I came for business but brought my mom. Your staff was very accommodating while my mother hung around the hotel. She is elderly and they were so good to her for the week we stayed. She raved about your staff. From the front desk to the bar tenders who served her soda. Every staff member made you feel like you were at home

Beautiful hotel, great location, no...
Liked: Great location, very clean room, helpful and friendly staff. Previous reviews had mentioned the parking situation, however I felt the parking attendant was very helpful listing all our options by price so we could decide. We choose the non valet option under the hotel and it was safe, clean, and reasonably priced.

Liked: Hotel location, nice lobby lounge area nice, Starbucks in lobby, close to restaurants.
Disliked: There was loose title in shower ceiling, bathroom sink didn't seem to be clean, look like it was wiped down with just cloth no cleaner....residue in sink. The bathroom door you could tell where patch work had been done. Carpet dated and didn't seem clean. Some of the front desk staff was friendly, some was faking it. When in a premier hotel you don't expect to see this.

Our stay was fantastic.
Liked: Breakfast at Red Rooster was great. Food was above expectations.
Disliked: By the time we arrived, ate and unpacked. We wanted to swim in the pool. It closed at 10PM. Would it be possible to keep it open to adults until 11:30 P.M. or so?
