Disliked: I brought 2 of my best friends and my daughter for the night because we went to the Komen walk the next day. When we walked in the room was freezing and was cold the entire night. There was no coffee, and the comforters were VERY thin. We had to call room service several times, they were very prompt but the price was not good;( Also, the room was very small, not to mention the outrageous parking charge of $24.00. I just wasn't expecting this I guess for a high end hotel. I was very disappointed.

The room was very nice and the hotel itself was one of the best I've ever been in. Everyone was friendly and one man even called a cab for me and my friend. Next time I'm in town I will be staying at the Hyatt.
Liked: The people at the front desk were very professional and polite.
Disliked: No microwave.

My son wants to live...
Liked: Welcomed us with a sweet note in our room. Room location was spot on. Walking distance to our venue.
Disliked: No complaints

Disliked: Valet price is a bit high, usually the price you pay in downtown Chicago, not downtown Indy.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable and room was large and clean
Disliked: No grab bars around shower. Not use to taking shower in a bath tub. I am surprised that no one has slipped in the shower.

Overall enjoyed my stay besides...
Liked: Comfortable bed. Good view and good location for tourists. Breakfast food was great.
Disliked: The shower door leaked at the bottom. The staff was mostly friendly but not always knowledgeable about policies. Requested s microwave at booking. There should have been one in the room before we arrived. Had to ask front desk to bring one to room after we had been in room for an hour. A hotel of this caliber should have a microwave in each room. A courtesy breakfast was included with my hotel rate but the hotel restaurant tried to charge me for breakfast each morning. When I complained at the front desk I was told to charge it to my hotel room and there would be no charge. When I checked out the breakfast charge was on my bill. I had to have them remove the charge which delayed me from departing- or happy. There is no entrance sign or Hyatt sign at the hotel entrance and the front entrance looks like a parking lot entrance which is confusing. I drove around twice before I figured out where the entrance to the lobby was. A sign was posted that said exit turned out to be the entrance to the lobby. Really! How easy is this to have been fixed before now.

Liked: We were upgraded to a room with a view. Too bad the toilet was broken.
Disliked: The toilet broke during the night. The carpet needed replacing. I am not fond of the design of hotels like this one.

Liked: Room was nice with great view. Ciean and comfortable.
Disliked: Closest parking was under hotel $35 a day! Only nice dinner in the lobby's hours are 11-2 5-10 the revolving restaurant on the root hours 5-10 but was closed for private party!
