Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge

Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: The bed was nothing to boast about - I didn't sleep well and the food at the restaurant was way overpriced for the quality.

Great place to stay

Liked: Check in and check out were quick and easy. Parking was easily accessible. The room and the bed were comfortable, and every need was anticipated.
Disliked: I wasn’t impressed with the restaurant, Paperback Tavern. I thought the breakfast buffet was mediocre. And it took way too long to get coffee and orange juice even though they weren’t busy and there were plenty of coffee carafes sitting on a tray.

Perfect base while in Boston

Liked: Room well appointed, had everything we needed. Clean and spacious. Lovely view of the river. Quickly upgraded after reporting issue with original room so kudos to reception for resolving quickly. Breakfast had variety and taste, staff very accommodating.
Disliked: Paying extra for parking which is apparently the norm? Additional MA taxes charged on top after booking.

Liked: Hotel is sitting in the most beautiful part of Cambridge.We took advantage of the boardwalk which is the best part.

Liked: The first room they gave us smelled so bad, like mud. Then, we requested a room change. The second one was better but quality was okay in general.
Disliked: The balcony was so dirty, and there were spider webs.
