Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge

Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: The bed was nothing to boast about - I didn't sleep well and the food at the restaurant was way overpriced for the quality.

THE HOTEL CHARGE THE NAME...

Disliked: I was closing for another hotel on Booking when the Hyatt showed up with a front view of the water for a wonderful price. So, I gave up my reservation and jumped to Hyatt. Started with the check-in line, and the attendants were more worried about their appearance than the guests. The hotel, which gives me a room without a view, smells very bad, and the AC machine is very dirty. I was touched by the machine because it was on top of my bed. The shower is just a few drops. The complimentary from the hotel was 2 waters. Ridiculous! It is better not to give anything. The reception charges me 100 dollars for damage in front!!! I never heard that. The parking was 45 dollars, and my car was a truck, so I broke the antenna because the ceiling is too low.

A comfortable stay in Cambridge

Liked: The room was spacious. We really liked this. Our room did not have a riverside view, but I am sure that it will look fantastic if yours does. The location is strategic enough but in some cases you need to get a taxi or uber. The hotel's design is amazing, and the cafe and bar provide many opportunities. There are many sitting places. It was a very comfortable stay.
