Liked: Impressive and nice
Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable

It was a pretty hotel...

Liked: It was close to mall of America.. staff was very very friendly
Disliked: Our room was super hot AC was on 65 room was at 73. Miserable night sleep..beds are to low and not comfortable

Nice place and convenient location

Liked: Have stayed here a few times now, even when busy with events it’s clean, staff are nice and professional.
Disliked: I don’t always remember having to pay and park but if taking the tram for events or shopping it’s nice to have a place to leave your vehicle
