Hyatt Place Houston Sugar Land

The Hyatt Place is not near anything. Will do as we always do in the future. Book at the Marriott early. Near restaurants and nice.

Liked: The room.
Disliked: The people working there. Mr. J at the front desk just left without confirming when our room was ready. The other front desk guy had a conscience. Lady at the same desk in the morning was rude.

Not sure I'll be back.

Liked: Nice shower. Comfortable bed. Clean.
Disliked: Completely unimpressed with staff at check-in and check-out. Unfriendly; no personality. Neither seemed like they cared about their job or if I was happy. Also the couch in my room was worn out.

Convenient location set off the main street which made the stay much more pleasant.

Liked: Spacious rooms.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: They charged more than what we booked at booking.com - That was very un professional.

Liked: Continental breakfast was great they had a large selection of food not to mention they had turkey sausage instead of pork , large beds was extremely comfortable and the shower was definitely large and luxurious
Disliked: The floor of the shower appeared dirty there was long hair from another guest but I made the best of it it was only a one night stay but better cleaning the next time
