Hyatt Place Salt Lake City Downtown The Gateway

Liked: Clean; accommodating; friendly staff; great breakfast; easy access to Delta Center and The Gateway.
Disliked: Bed and pillows were very hard. Sheets were so rough they were almost impossible to sleep on.

The staff was nice; our room was clean and just what we wanted. It was right next to our concert venue which made it nice. We will definitely be staying there again.

Liked: Clean and 50 foot from our concert venue.
Disliked: $10 parking.

Friendly, clean hotel. Ordered food and it was surprisingly good. The hamburger was thick and not greasy at all and the spinach artichoke flatbread with chicken was delicious. Breakfast was very nice too. The only thing that could have made this a better stay would be a fireplace in the room.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms.
Disliked: No fireplace and no good creamer for coffee.

Liked: Rooms here are great and the location of the hotel is perfect for getting around Salt Lake City. The breakfast was tasty with a good few options. It was nice to be able to use the pool, although its not the biggest.

Disliked: Not a big issue, but the fitness room is basic, could have more equipment

Disliked: Charged me for parking and the room had ads for their onsite restaurant, which no longer exists, but no other guidance as to nearby restaurants.
