The staff was nice; our room was clean and just what we wanted. It was right next to our concert venue which made it nice. We will definitely be staying there again.
Liked: Clean and 50 foot from our concert venue.
Disliked: $10 parking.

Friendly, clean hotel. Ordered food and it was surprisingly good. The hamburger was thick and not greasy at all and the spinach artichoke flatbread with chicken was delicious. Breakfast was very nice too. The only thing that could have made this a better stay would be a fireplace in the room.
Liked: Very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms.
Disliked: No fireplace and no good creamer for coffee.

Good
Liked: we arrived late (after midnight) and left early next morning so not in the room that long. it was a nice room. we got charged for 2 days, but after contacting the property they promptly refunded the extra that they had charged us.

Superb
Disliked: Good hotel but overpriced for what it is/level of rooms ($should be in the $150 range max). If I was to come back to Salt Lake and pay this price again, I would find a nicer hotel for that money.

KNOW THE LOCATION before booking
Disliked: The location is very unsafe. We encountered junkies all around us. Some were naked, another defecated on the public sidewalk and then picked it up with his hands, one guy came into breakfast and was naked except for a shirt. My kids were traumatized by going for a short walk to find junkies shooting up in broad daylight. I realize the hotel can't control the drug endemic in the area, but the sure can have safety measures in place. My son went up to get his room card properly activated and they verified nothing except the room number-scary!
