Discriminated and Left Outside with...

Disliked: I honestly don’t even know where to begin. We arrived at the hotel late, around 11:50pm, tired from a long trip and with two small kids. We had a confirmed reservation, everything was in order. But as soon as we walked in, the front desk guy gave us a weird look — like we didn’t belong there. He barely greeted us, looked annoyed the whole time, and after checking our names, he straight-up cancelled our reservation on the spot. No explanation that made sense, no attempt to help us, just total disrespect and discrimination.We were shocked. It was almost midnight, our kids were exhausted, and instead of helping us or showing any professionalism, the guy acted like we were nothing. It was clear we were being judged for who we are, and not once did he try to fix the situation. The way he dismissed us was absolutely disgusting.We have all the receipts, confirmations, and proof showing we had a legit reservation and that we arrived on time. There’s no excuse for the way we were treated. This wasn’t just bad service — this was straight-up discrimination.Please think twice before booking this place. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially when traveling with children.

Disliked: breakfast is really simple, served in paper plates. could have more variety as well.
