Liked: Clean, quiet, comfortable. Great stay.
Disliked: Water pressure not so good in shower.

Not happy with Hyatt

Disliked: Let's see where to begin ,the noise in the hall up till 1:30 in the morning with the kids running up and down. My husband goes outside the door. Ask the children to stop and what do they do throw ice at our door? Not a good idea. Then in the morning my husband uses the bathroom and there's a cockroach in the floor. Looks over in the corner of the bathroom by the toilet, and there's dust in the corner with cobwebs. I get up brush my teeth. There's a little bunch of ants in the sinks. What the heck? Not happy. We will be sending an email directly to Hyatt, with pictures that were taken. I thought this is supposed to be a very nice place to stay. I won't be staying at this location ever again

Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable and it was loud (heard doors slamming all night and people talking loud down hall)

Liked: The area was just great! In the right place
Disliked: The rooms don't have anything to warm your food up!

Great place to stay overall...

Liked: Overall the facility was great for the short time we were there with the exception of the bed was the worse. We barely had any sleep.
Disliked: Better beds
