Nice location to walk around.

Liked: I loved the location, secure parking, professional and friendly staff, comfortable bed, and cleanliness.Enjoyed walking to Nichols Park and admiring the neighborhood along the way.
Disliked: I wasn't told to keep my key to get into the elevator after checkout. Fortunately, my roommate had theirs.

Probably look at other options...

Liked: Room was comfortable but no micro wave, Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Furniture was stained, carpeting was pilled and there was sharp spot to step on, Front desk staff not always welcoming, housekeeping staff not reliable and not able to understanding English very well. Fitness room not great, small and hot, 1 cardio machine did not work

Liked: The front deck was very accommodating.We asked to move rooms because our room smelled musty. It was gross!!The front desk gave us a new room without any problem.
Disliked: That our first room smelled like mold, musty ,it was just gross.The room they moved us to had a view of construction. So we were woke up early. The parking garage was a complete mess to understand. There definitely needs to be better directions on the doors in the garage.

Liked: No problems at all with checking in or out, easy access to everything I needed . Rooms were cleaned almost everyday and if I needed anything for the room I had it within minutes.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: It was close to the venue we needed as we had elderly parents with us
Disliked: Front staff were not very friendly. Polite but seemed kind of bothered when checking in. There was no in room safe. No parking available when checking in. The amount of money we paid for the room it was not worth the money paid.
