Good

Liked: It was close to the venue we needed as we had elderly parents with us
Disliked: Front staff were not very friendly. Polite but seemed kind of bothered when checking in. There was no in room safe. No parking available when checking in. The amount of money we paid for the room it was not worth the money paid.

Liked: The staff are great and the room was everything I needed - clean, comfortable, and quiet. Both times I’ve stayed at this hotel, I’ve had a good experience. Great location, too!

Wonderful stay in Hyde Park

Liked: Great location and amazing friendly staff. Everything about the area was so great. Not as crowded with tourists but we were able to see an fun parade for the Fourth of July and check out the local festival
Disliked: No complaints really. Free breakfast would have been nice, but we found a lot of very close restaurants to every day
