Hyatt Place Bethlehem

We were surprised to walk into a spacious, attractive room. The staff, especially at check in were incredibly nice and helpful. The town is nice with lots of shops and restaurants.

Liked: Clean room; super nice staff.

We had a nice experience there. The breakfast is good and there is small bar and sundries spot at the front desk. The staff was extremely pleasant. The hotel seemed very clean. Had to walk to downtown but that was very close. We would return.

Liked: Clean and friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size.
Disliked: Parking is across the street at the parking garage but hotel pays for it so that is nice.

I was VERY pleased with our room and the staff you employ. I can't think of anything to complain about! Apparently I have stayed in other hotels with lower standards, because I was blown away at how nice the accommodation was at your hotel! If ever I have a need to stay in the Bethlehem area again, I am definitely coming to your location!

The Staff was very nice....

Liked: The bar was really non existence. The breakfast was very mediocre.
Disliked: I wouldn't eat anything there that was not pre-packaged.

Exceptional

Liked: Front desk personnel were exceptional. One woman whose name I cannot recall was exceedingly helpful and personable. Thans much for the great service!

Handicapped room was excellent

Liked: Breakfast was great!
Disliked: Online pictures led us to believe there was a lobby bar and a restaurant in the hotel.

Disliked: I missed breakfast, but that was my fault.
