Liked: The spacious rooms and the kitchen.
Disliked: Bathroom had hairs so not cleaned properlyToo much single use plastic at breakfast time.

Liked: Our family truly enjoyed our stay. ALL OF HYATT HOUSE staff was EXCELLENT from arrival staff, cleaning staff, and the kitchen staff. I must say including the other guests. I have teenagers. They really loved Hyatt Place. We will be returning. Thank you for making our visit welcoming.

Liked: Loved the hotel--Nice, clean & safe! Staff was very professional, friendly & helpful!
Disliked: Our room (King Bed) was a bit of a disappointment, compared with mini Suite that we booked for our daughter's family. And yet the price was very close to the same?? Our Bed was not at all comfortable & what's with the dead pillows? :o(

Liked: The Suite Room that we booked was awesome! Perfect layout & felt like we were on a wonderful 2 day Vacay!
Disliked: Weather is not their fault, but it was chilly when we were there 'Would have been nice to have a hot tub!
