Liked: Bathroom was clean
Disliked: Dog barking in room next door from 12am until 2 am. I called front desk, security came up but no one in room, so they offered to call the guest with the dogs and see what time they will be returning to their room. Unacceptable. I had a business meeting early and had to leave by 5am, got no sleep.

Very nice hotel with great...

Liked: I liked the convenience of the location. I have been staying at this same hotel for several years. We attend an art festival in midtown but we rather stay here and drive to the event. The breakfast is normally good, but we did not indulge this year.
Disliked: The only thing I wish this hotel would change is the lighting in the bathroom. We always get a King suite and the bathroom light above the mirror is dim and not good for women who need to put on make up.

Disliked: Not a fan of the master switch that turns all lights off. Good idea, but too accessible for young hands (toddlers).

Disliked: Sofa bed was horrible for my kids, and windows shades had stains all over. Restaurant menu is not what is posted online. Couldn't use the pool or gym because there was always teens hanging out in the pool table area and blasting inappropriate music.
