Liked: Every staff member was exceptionally helpful. Abby in housekeeping was superb. She was friendly, kind, so professional and very accommodating. She made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Liked: Breakfast was good, room was clean, I love staying at Hyatt House it always feel like a cozy home and you never feel like you are in a dirty hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a great price for a beautiful place! 10/10 would recommend!

Need to take this hotel...

Liked: Did not stay.
Disliked: The hotel was dimly lit and Dusty. Barely any customers. The ones that were there look like they lived in the hotel. The rooms were not quality. I had to change rooms 3 times. The first room was not cleaned and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The second room we removed to did not accommodate our request for a king. It was a double Queen. The last room was better than the other two but once we got in the room there was a constant drip that I could not find and realize it was coming from the air unit. I packed up went downstairs to the lobby and requested a refund and had to find another hotel. This was my husband's birthday as we wanted to celebrate in the area but had to go to Cumberland to get a better room. The hotel just looked gloomy no bright lights no ambiance no employees. Parking lot was empty and needed grooming. This is not what I had expected for the brand of hotel that I thought was going to be a great stay.
