Exceptional

Large space but impersonal

Liked: -close (walking distance) to everything -parking was easy & close by-large space
Disliked: -shower didn’t drain properly-staff did not bring more k-cups all weekend even though I asked for some via text on the first morning and was told verbatim “Yes we can take care of that”

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Great location near restaurants and shops and a good sized walk to the mansions and cliffwalk. The apartment is very cozy and cute. It has an incredible spa tub and sitting area on addition to the bedroom. Parking pass they offer helped tremendously since we could not snap one of the onsite spots. This allowed for maximum exploration on foot.
Disliked: The lock to the apartment did not work for our entire stay so we werent able to lock it when we left during the day. We didn't feel too bad about this since the outdoor lock worked, but obviously less than ideal. At first we could not even get into our apartment but the owners helped out via phone.

Would not hesitate to return...

Liked: I absolutely loved this place. Its location is in the center of it all. Other than 1 day of driving the area we walked to everything. The wharf was down the street. There was a breakfast cafe Bracks that was just up the block. I would love to visit again in the warmer weather. The outside may appear plain jane but the inside is a perfect New England feel.
Disliked: There is nothing I can suggest to improve. It was truly a perfect choice.

Liked: Location, size and bedding arrangements, kitchen.
Disliked: Parking can be an issue.

Conference trip

Liked: Location was great. Parked and never had to drive after that. Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: There was no breakfast. I was disappointed. The posts on TripAdvisor from last year showed it to be that way. I guess it sold since then and there were no staff on. And at any time. Not the warm fuzzies I was looking for but it did hit the mark otherwise.

Excellent location, very clean and...

Liked: Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Beds very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. On site parking was perfect (off the street). Loved having 2 bathrooms and the location was great to walk to wharf, restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The only thing that was not perfect was the layout of the space. The "living" area was off one of the bedrooms and you had to go through the other bedroom to get to the kitchen. I would suppose it's because you can book only one room at a time and close off the other area. It just kind of made the living space unusable for our entire group (more of an inconvenience than anything). We used the kitchen table as our "hang out" area. Other than that, we had a very nice stay and really liked having as much space as we did.
