Good!

Liked: Good location, free parking and a park/playground opposite the hotel.
Disliked: Place for check in was a bit confusing as there was in the other hotel/ Noisy AC and remote didn’t work properly.

Nearly there.. missing complimentary touches

Liked: Customer service at reception was first class.Furniture and finishes were beautiful.
Disliked: Coffee and tea facilities were minimally stocked, dusty and not appealing. Only 1 spoon. And some tiny uth milk pods in fridge. To improve: A 200mL uth milk, some biscuits, premium coffee sachets, minimum 6 coffee pods (3 guests for 2 nights), 4 spoons. Bottled water for drinking.Also small lamp in 2nd bedroom would be great.

Not worth the price, stay...

Liked: Restaurant food is very good
Disliked: Room smells, had to have window open 24/7Noisy road works, gardener with petrol smell wafting into room at 8:30am, can hear snorers thought the walls, Pool cold and not heated, cold on a 23 degree day

Liked: Super comfy. Great bathroom facilities. Able to log into your smart TV info if needed.Great location, about 30 minutes walk to Rundell Mall, or you can hop on the tram down there road.
