Disliked: We had booked a family room, 2 adults and 2 kids, room #40. We rang ahead to see if our room would be ready for early check in, they advised that they were busy(which was fine) and to wait until 2pm. We arrived at 2pm and the room wasn't ready until 2.45pm because it wasnt cleaned, so we had to stand there and wait. The shower soap had been filled with water, not body wash. The shower door didn't keep the water in, so the bathroom flooded. The shower head was broken and wouldn't stay in the same position.
