Liked: Very friendly staff. Also in accommodating a late check in. Well maintained rooms. Good breakfast
Disliked: We booked for 2 adults, 2 kids, but only 1 (2 person) bed was made when we arrived in the late evening. There was a printed manual how to setup the sofa bed. Not sure why that wasnt done before we arrived. At that time we just wanted to sleep.

Except the room for one...

Liked: Silent rooms, very good breakfast, clean room
Disliked: We ordered a room without Meat Loaf on the wall as one of the party does not like him, yet to his displeasure the guest was given a room with him and it was not possible to change as the hotel was fully booked, great disappointment about this despite booking a long way in.
