Paul was amazing to give us the fabulous Escape room. We felt like real rock stars - thank you, Paul! Breakfast at Dragonfly was great and the host and wait staff amazingly attentive. Planning our next concert and stay at ZaZa Dallas!

Fantastic hotel with a great...

Liked: The swimming pool was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There are lots of little extras the hotel provides on top which were a great addition.
Disliked: I can't think of anything negative to say.

Very good

Liked: The valet staff and front desk staff were welcoming and provided such amazing customer service.
Disliked: The staff at the pool were awful. I understand they were busy but we waited an hour to be waited on while they walked by us repeatedly to get orders from everyone else around us. The waiter even came and asked to take our umbrella and I mistakenly thought we were finally getting service. It was extremely disappointing and left a bad experience all together.

Liked: Service
Disliked: Age and quality of room. Decor is out of date as are the room facilities. Air-conditioning had a bad smell. Room smells of mould. No exhaust in the bathroom.
