Wish that the hotel van could be used for taking guests to the Tacoma Dome - most in the hotel were in for the show and the taxis were expensive and so was the parking at 40 dollars.

Liked: Nice clean room; staff was very helpful; good breakfast; pool and hot tub was clean; also small gym to work out; so much for so little.
Disliked: Lots of restaurants across the street, but no crosswalk.

Disliked: At check-in the staff person took a color copy of my drivers license. He stated that it was new policy and I needed to provide my DL. Also, there are random people walking in and out at all times of day/night. There also a very distinct burning smell in the halls. Lastly, the carpets in the room are dirty and unclean.

Disliked: The front desk smell like weed, its not clean. I went to the room and saw two spiders hanging by the bathroom door and red stains on the capert. I had to cancel my reservation

Disliked: There system keeps takingoney out ofy account that we don't owe they have froze my account and have tooken over 3000 from us that we don't owe and still keeps taking money out of our account and we aren't even there and pushing them through when my account is frozen and my card they did have has been closed out also but yet someone keeps pushing money through my account I can't even eat because I'm negative 2800 bc of this hotel I wanty money back oh yeah and no one gets back to you Iv sent everything through email and I have all my receipts

Friendly staff, but disappointing, would...

Liked: The staff were friendly and apologetic. The hotel has many dining options nearby.
Disliked: The hotel is situated in a part of town that is high in crime/drug activity. When we entered our room it was apparent, visually & by odor, that people had been smoking & doing drugs in there. There were cigarettes & blunts snuffed out & left on the inside of the window seal in the room, we found broken acrylic nails on the floor & clothing that had been left behind so clearly the room had not been properly cleaned. The property appears older, the lobby is nice but our room had a hole in the bathroom door that had been covered with duct tape & spray painted brown. The swing bar lock on the door for added security was intact, but you could clearly see where the door had been kicked in or forced open previously because the door frame was heavily split & duct taped together, again spray painted brown. Although there were just two of us, there was only one bath towel in the room & no hair dryer. Additionally, there were people loitering around the parking lot at all hours into the early am. Had I been traveling alone, I would not have felt safe.

Liked: Nothing, it was disgusting and the location was not in a great neighborhood
Disliked: The staff, it was dirty, loud inappropriate music playing in the lobby, no linens or pool towels, room wasn’t cleaned toilet paper roll empty, hair in the shower, garbage in the cans.
