Disliked: They have a Michelin-starred restaurant and had two free tables available without a reservation, but they didn’t allow us to dine there. I feel like maybe we looked too tired from traveling and appeared poor. So I didn’t like their mentality

Liked: Breakfast 10/10 best buffet ever!!!! Try it. Spacious apartment well stocked kitchen and comfortable lounge. Could stay for a long time

Liked: The size of the suite was sufficient. The main bedroom bed(s) was extremely comfortable/restful. The ability to manage the temperature was good. The kitchen was sufficient to create meals.
Disliked: The wireless never worked. At all. Not even for their own TV. The room was too high up in the building, far away from the main wifi, and the wifi-extenders on 3rd floor didn't work. Multiple finishing issues, loose brackets/sidings throughout, shower head will not stay above minimum height. The bathroom roof-window wouldn't lock/close completely. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken, though functional. The very comfortable master bedroom bed is just 2 twins put together, so a couple has to routinely get up throughout the night and shove them back together again, lest someone start to fall in. Insane. The 2nd smaller bedroom is a garbage sofa bed, permanently extended. It hurts. There's no way to lock the front door. This resulted in housekeeping walking into multiple odd scenarios. The coffee machine is only supplied with one or two pods at time which only churn out 4oz of coffee at best, each. Housekeeping's arrival time was variable daily, and rather cursory/unthorough. Trash cans are too small resulting in multiple extra bag deliveries to the lobby. Insufficient pots/pans to cook for 6. 5th floor apartment with no lift is tough for elderly guests. The staff disregarded daily concerns around the lack of wireless. It took 6 days to get them to follow me upstairs to show them their extenders werent even on/functional. My own devices were blamed, despite my explaining their own TV couldn't see their wireless. No remediation was offered, no discount, no sympathy of any kind. Particularly at dinner time, the staff were 100% focused on the restaurant. In truth, hotel guests appear to be a 2nd priority or even a nuisance, overall. There is no "bar" to speak of and during the day the restaurant/lobby area is in dissaray with boxes. The oven needs repair. Despite setting it to 250C it only ever made about 190, requiring almost an hour to cook a 12 minute pizza. This could result in major food-related illness.
