Comfortable and clean but doesn’t...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and they cleaned everyday and changed the sheets
Disliked: Doesn’t look like the pictures. It doesn’t look as great as the picture

Exceptional

Liked: location convenient to get BART across street, hop on freeway, or get on San Pablo to get to Berkeley. Wifi was good, big screen TV was good. Nice mini living room. heating, cooling, two sets shades (sunblock kind and light filtering) excellent.
Disliked: Room 213: lots of LOUD water noise predawn in this room, water main must be located in wall or somethink. Desk nice but surface bubbled up and some holes in it. Door doesn't close on it's own, actually left open by accident a number of times.

Awesome

Liked: The location was perfect my sister passed this hotel and decided after 10 years to check it out for the first time. This location is surrounded with everything you need stores and restaurants in walking distance perfect and quite we are seniors so feeling comfortable is important bed was very very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave.
Disliked: More detailed and more welcoming and friendly .

Disliked: Only our friend's comment on the neighborhood, but luckily we didn't listen.
