Great place to stay in...

Liked: Hotel and Room were nicely decorated and clean. There was a fitness room and restaurant/bar on site. Good location
Disliked: 1. We could not adjust the temperature in our room. It was 74 degrees in the room and turning thermostat down did not help. We called the front desk and told them the room was hot and thermostat would not adjust and they sent someone up with a fan instead of offering any other solution. 2. The fitness center was also SO hot 3. We went to breakfast in the hotel restaurant and waited at minimum 50 minutes to get our food after we orders with only 2-3 other tables having breakfast at that time. We had timed entry tickets to Titanic exhibit at COSI and I had to call the museum while we were waiting for our food to explain that we would miss our entry time & adjust our plans with the museum. And, when I did finally receive my breakfast, it was not even the side dish that I ordered

Liked: The staff at Hotel LeVeque are exceptional! They went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip truly wonderful. The Hotel LeVeque is artfully decorated in the Art Deco style. From the moment you walk in the front door until you arrive at your room. Every detail is impeccable, especially the star projector.
Disliked: We loved everything!

Plan to visit again.

Liked: Room was very clean, bed was clean and the projector for stars on the ceiling was neat. The staff was polite and went out of their way to ccomedate us. And the location in Columbus was central enough that we could walk everywhere. The bar was quiet and cozy and the bar keepers where friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The restaurant in the building was understaffed and the food was not exceptional. The accountants charged the back up card instead of the reservation card on file which has caused a bit of frustration that didn't need to be.

Liked: The property is beautiful.
Disliked: Booked double queen in September for a concert in March! 2 nights before we arrived, realized they had changed our room WITHOUT notice to a 1 king bed room, for 4 people! This happened to many people during check in because the sales team overbooked for March Madness and all of our rooms were given away earlier in the week. Again without notice. They did not offer anything off the room rate! Only a 15$ bar credit, that they claimed closed at 1am...but at 1145pm they were kicking people out of the bar. DO BETTER! I slept on an air mattress, with 1 small blanket they provided in a 530.00 a night rate. Absolutely unacceptable. The hotel should have reduced the rooms rates for all of the customers checking in that were bumped. There were families with 3 kids and 2 parents I noticed they put in a 1 kind bedroom. There was a concert downtown, all hotels were sold out, what did they expect people to do. Sleep on the floor apparently. Staff offered an, "I'm sorry". That is not good enough. So disappointed in Marriott Autograph Collection. I'll be back in columbus in 2 weeks and will not be booking at this hotel.
