Honest is the key.

Liked: No disturbance.
Disliked: There were hidden fees that weren't discussed over the phone. I booked a room and paid almost $300. I came to the hotel and was charge an additional $100 deposit and $15 parking fee. Again very poor communication. Not looking for a free hand out but being honest will get you better ratings and customers Who would return to you establishment.

A hotel to stay in...

Liked: The price and location were very good
Disliked: The pool was very dirty, the rooms smelled very bad, the bathroom was problematic, the dryer was broken, there was not enough shampoo and soap.

Disliked: Old and cheap hotel. Still expensive but it is Hollywood.

It was pretty decent for...

Liked: The location is great. Near food chains, grocery and Hollywood
Disliked: Leaked toilet and wet carpet. Also, the office/lobby is not available 24/7 (the microwave is inside)

Disliked: The carpet is gross. Stains on mattress sheets don't even cover the mattress. Broken furniture. Dirty bathroom. Dirty tub with stains
