After 13 years, NEVER AGAIN

Liked: It’s located close to the theaters. Recent remodel, but stuff still broken or needing repair. Staff was friendly and the room was clean looking.
Disliked: Had to move rooms after one night. No place to hang my clothes, no light bulb in the lamp by the table. Small corner room with no dressing area. The place has been remodeled, but unpainted spots and loose wires exposed. Hair dryer didn’t work, no lamp on table by bed, no closet or place to put luggage. Funny smell in the room never went away. Inside lock didn’t work, told office but no one fixed it. Contacted management through Booking.com for a ONE NIGHT refund (moving was more than an inconvenience) but never heard back. I’ve stayed at this hotel for 13 years for the TCM Festival and it used to be an affordable oasis, but after Rodeway Inn left, it’s gone downhill every year.

Liked: We liked the location and the price initially.
Disliked: We could hear everything going on outside and in other rooms . Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Also no place to hang clothing or anything. Horrible nights sleep

Disliked: Absolutely filthy to the touch. Smelled terrible, I mean TERRIBLE. Carpets stank and were filthy, the walls were also filthy. No shower curtain, bed sheets had stains and so did the towels. BAD BAD BAD

Liked: There was some parking but quite limited. It was in walking distance from InNOut.
Disliked: When we walked in, there was a make up stain on the sheets. The bed was hard. The walls were thin so we were able to hear everyone. The people there were loud and it was also in a sketchy area.
