Perfection in Paris!

Liked: Feels like home! Service is kind and helpful and caring. Even sharing round hotel made banana bread at breakfast - it’s like they are excited to do their jobs. The breakfast is absolutely beautiful - fresh and well maintained. The spa is clean and simple- lovely to get robes and real flip flops in your rooms. The showers are beautiful and Nuxe honey toiletries are sublime .. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back! If you walk 5 minutes down the road - You get a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower!!

Excellent!

Liked: The hotel is great; rooms are big and the breakfast is great: one does not need anything else in the morning! The swimming pool and the other facilities (hamam, showers, sauna) are awesome! The location is great; although the nearest metro station is about 10 minutes walk, the metro line 6 goes directly to Trocadéro and it connects with all the lines you need as a tourist.
Disliked: There was a delayed check-in, but the staff was friendly and did everything they could to solve the issue.

Superb

Liked: Location was great, breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the junior suite which had a huge roof top terrace which was maxing for a Paris city centre hotel. Perfect for a couple with a young child. The pool area was great too.
Disliked: Very little. Was perfect for our long weekend stay.
