Liked: The location centered around the mall and plenty of restaurants. The atmosphere, the music, the suites decor. EVERYTHING

Liked: The location was great in terms of proximity to the city, the room was good, the little extras like champaign upon entering and the welcome on the pillow were great, we overall enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice to us and we enjoyed the hospitality!
Disliked: PARKING: The parking was horrible. You have to pay 50 bucks extra per day for parking which we did not want to do, so we used the parking next to it where you pay hourly which ended up being cheaper. But because the rooftop bar at the hotel is accessible to the public, there were a ton of people who occupied the parking, there was massive traffic at one point because people blocked the road and no one could get in or out and hotel staff did not help with it. The parking was massively stressful and due to that we will pick a different location next time, parking should really be included in the hotel price and not be offered only through valet. NOISE LEVEL: Doors are not soundproof and our room was close to the elevator, we woke up a lot. MAINTENANCE: The bathroom door did not close because someone put the plate on wrong. It was a small error but it was a bit annoying to not be able to close the bathroom door. We also felt like it was a bit stuffy and smelled funny in the hallway due to the carpet.

Liked: The way the hotel was decorated and the aesthetics of the room, hotel's location, bathroom water pressure, and lounge was a great place to socialize.
Disliked: While in pool someone's weave hair floated by me. While in pool I stepped on a metal piece, it went into my foot. There was broken glass on the ground near the pool chairs. The phones that are there to call the front desk were broken. Not enough light in room, very dimly lit. Shower curtain too short so water gets all over the bathroom floor and spread all the way into the walkway near the front door. Because of this we had to switch our room twice, but encountered the same issue due to the too short length curtain. Water was extremely hot, my 10 year old burnt himself. Due to a rooftop day party which continued past midnight....well into the a.m., the elevators were constantly crowded, forcing us to have to wait 10 to 15 mins each time we needed to use the elevator.
